About Rhamnus oleoides
Rhamnus oleoides, also known as Nerprun faux olivier, is an evergreen shrub belonging to the Rhamnaceae family, native to the Mediterranean region. It is characterized by its leathery, glossy dark green leaves, which resemble those of the olive tree, and its small greenish flowers followed by black berries. It is an excellent choice for low hedges, borders, or as a standalone specimen in Mediterranean or xerophytic gardens.
