About Sea thrift
Armeria purpurea, commonly known as Purple Thrift or Sea Pink, is a small, perennial plant forming dense clumps. It features narrow, linear leaves and produces striking globular clusters of intense purple flowers atop slender, erect stems. It's ideal for rockeries, path edges, gravel gardens, or as a groundcover in sunny areas.

This plant thrives in full sun exposure and well-drained soils, even poor or sandy ones, as waterlogging is its main enemy.
