About Brooklime
Veronica beccabunga, commonly known as brooklime, is a perennial aquatic plant with a creeping habit, characterized by succulent stems and bright green, oval, slightly toothed leaves. It produces small blue flowers with white centers, grouped in axillary spikes. It is ideal for pond edges, streams, or water gardens, where it forms dense and attractive mats.

It requires full sun to partial shade for optimal growth and abundant flowering. The substrate must be consistently moist or even submerged in shallow water (up to 10-15 cm), preferably rich in organic matter.
