Orthosiphon aristatus, also known as "Java Tea" or "cat's whiskers", is a perennial herbaceous plant from the Lamiaceae family, native to Southeast Asia. It is characterized by its delicate white or lilac tubular flowers with long stamens resembling cat's whiskers, and oval leaves.
