About Dandelion
Taraxacum subericinum, or Corky Dandelion, is a perennial species of the Asteraceae family, characterized by its lobed basal rosette leaves and unmistakable yellow flowers that transform into seed-dispersing 'pappus'. Although often considered a 'weed', its vibrant blooms add a wild and cheerful touch to meadows, informal gardens, or even pots, serving as an excellent harbinger of spring.
