About Dandelion
Taraxacum praeticum, commonly known as dandelion or pissenlit, is a perennial herbaceous plant from the Asteraceae family. It is characterized by its toothed leaves in a basal rosette and its striking solitary yellow flowers that transform into white, wind-dispersed "pappus". Although often considered a "weed," it can add a rustic and natural touch to country-style gardens or meadows.

This plant is extremely hardy and adapts to a wide range of conditions, preferring full sun to partial shade.
