About Dandelion
Taraxacum glandiforme, commonly known as the glandular dandelion, is a small perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is characterized by its bright yellow flowers that transform into fluffy seed heads, and its lobed leaves arranged in a basal rosette. Although often considered a 'weed', it can be a charming and low-maintenance addition to wild gardens, meadows, or even as a border plant in pots.

Care tips
This species thrives in full sun to partial shade, adapting to a wide range of light conditions. Watering should be moderate, allowing the substrate to dry out slightly between waterings, as it toler tolerates drought quite well once established. It prefers well-drained soils, although it is adaptable to different soil types. A common mistake is trying to completely eradicate it, when in reality it can be beneficial for pollinators and improve soil structure.
