Galactites duriaei, also known as Durieu's Star-thistle, is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Asteraceae family, native to the Mediterranean region. It is characterized by its lobed, spiny, grayish-green leaves with distinctive white veins, and its pinkish-purple flower heads that appear in spring and summer.
