Agrostis stolonifera, commonly known as creeping bentgrass or "Kryb-hvene" in Danish, is a low-growing perennial grass that forms dense mats. Its fine leaves and creeping habit make it ideal for sports turf, golf courses, and areas where a uniform, traffic-resistant green cover is desired.
