About Sky plant
Tillandsia ionantha, commonly known as 'Blushing Bride', is a small and attractive air plant from the Bromeliaceae family, native to Central America and Mexico. Its dense rosette of leaves blushes a vibrant pinkish-red (hence its name) when preparing to bloom, producing small tubular violet flowers. It's ideal for terrariums, mounted on wood or rocks, or simply placed anywhere with good light, adding an exotic and low-maintenance touch.

Care tips
It requires bright, indirect light; avoid intense direct sun, which can scorch its leaves. Water it by submerging it in water for 20-30 minutes once or twice a week, ensuring it dries completely within 4 hours to prevent rot. It doesn't need soil, as it absorbs nutrients from the air through its trichomes. A common mistake is not allowing it to dry thoroughly after watering, which is fatal for these plants.
