About Auricula
Primula auriculata, or Auricled Primrose, is a charming small alpine perennial plant known for its rosettes of ovate leaves and umbel-shaped flowers ranging from white to pale pink, often with a yellow eye. It is ideal for rock gardens, path edges, or alpine gardens where its delicate beauty can be appreciated. Its early blooms are a welcome sign of spring.

Prefers a spot with partial shade, especially in warmer climates, and well-drained soil rich in organic matter and slightly acidic. - Yellow or brown leaves that soften and drop, especially from the base. Soft, dark roots. Lack of flowering or wilted flowers.

- Remove plant from pot. Trim rotten roots and damaged leaves. Repot in fresh, porous substrate, specific for Primulas. Drastically reduce watering.

- Overwatering, especially in winter. Does not tolerate waterlogged soil. Also excessive heat and lack of humidity.
