Oxalis dillenii, also known as skjermgjøkesyre in some regions, is a small perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the Oxalidaceae family. It is characterized by its bright green trifoliate leaves, resembling clovers, and its delicate yellow flowers that bloom for a significant part of the year. It is ideal for rock gardens, path borders, or as ground cover in sunny to semi-shady areas.

This Oxalis prefers full sun to partial shade and well-drained, slightly acidic to neutral soil. Watering should be moderate, allowing the top layer of the substrate to dry out between waterings, and it is tolerant of short dry spells once established. Avoid waterlogging, as it is susceptible to root rot. It is a fairly resilient and low-maintenance plant.
