Lampranthus conspicuus, also known as Remarkable Lampranthus, is a perennial succulent native to South Africa, renowned for its spectacular spring bloom. Its trailing or slightly upright stems are covered in brilliant deep pink or purple flowers, creating a vibrant carpet. It is ideal for rockeries, sunny borders, or as ground cover in Mediterranean gardens, adding an intense and long-lasting splash of color.

It requires full sun for optimal flowering and compact growth. Watering should be moderate, allowing the substrate to dry out completely between waterings, and very scarce in winter to prevent rot.
