About Ice plant
Lampranthus glaucus, commonly known as noonflower, is a low-growing perennial succulent native to South Africa, forming dense mats of fleshy, cylindrical leaves. It produces a profusion of bright, daisy-like flowers in shades of yellow or orange that open with the sun. It is ideal for rockeries, borders, ground cover in dry gardens, or as a trailing plant in containers.

Care tips
It requires full sun for optimal flowering and compact growth. Watering should be moderate, allowing the substrate to dry completely between waterings, and drastically reduced in winter. Use a very well-draining substrate, preferably sandy or for cacti and succulents. The most common mistake is overwatering, which can lead to root rot.
