About Ice plant
Malephora crassa, commonly known as Gross Fingerfig, is a perennial creeping succulent from the Aizoaceae family, native to South Africa. Its fleshy, cylindrical, grayish-green leaves grow in dense mats and produce bright yellow flowers that open with the sun. It's ideal for rock gardens, ground cover in dry climates, or in hanging baskets where its stems can gracefully trail.

Care tips
It requires full sun for abundant flowering and compact growth. Watering should be infrequent, allowing the substrate to dry out completely between waterings, especially in winter. Use a very well-draining substrate, specifically for cacti and succulents. The most common mistake to avoid is overwatering, which leads to root rot.
