About Muscari olivetorum
Muscari olivetorum, or Olive Grove Grape Hyacinth, is a perennial bulbous plant that produces dense spikes of intense violet-blue flowers in spring. It's ideal for rock gardens, path borders, or naturalizing under trees, especially olive trees, where it creates a charming floral carpet. Its flowers are larger and a deeper blue than other Muscari species, making it stand out.

Care tips
It requires full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil, preferably sandy or stony, similar to its natural habitat. Watering should be moderate during flowering and drastically reduced once the leaves begin to yellow, as it enters summer dormancy. Avoid waterlogging, as the bulbs are susceptible to rot. It does not require frequent fertilization and propagates easily from offsets.
