Nolina orbicularis, commonly known as Soyate, is a perennial succulent plant that forms a basal rosette of long, slender leaves emerging from a thickened, spherical caudex. Its sculptural appearance and hardiness make it ideal for xeriscape gardens, rockeries, or as an accent plant in large pots, adding an elegant desert touch.

It requires full sun for optimal growth, although it tolerates some partial shade in very hot climates.
