About Kniphofia typhoides
Kniphofia typhoides, commonly known as Bullrush Poker, is a robust perennial herb native to tropical Africa, forming dense clumps of narrow, upright leaves. Its distinctive inflorescences, reminiscent of bullrush spikes, are greenish-brown to reddish and appear in summer.
